Took me 3 hours talking and explaining to Xfinity thar Peacock was offered free by Xfinity for a customers.  But after signing in Peacock still was charging so I decided against it. About 10 minutes after my decision  Xfinity sent me an email with added services and thanking me for the addition.  Took me 2 more hours trying to get that charge off my account. After the 3rd person I spoke I was told an email would be sent to me with the correction. Needless to say, that its 9:48 pm and The email was not sent. 1 - Peacock had a fee  2- I was changed my bill without my concent 3- after talking to 3 people Xfinity billing I still do not have a confirmation that my correct bill was done. What am I to expect from Xfinity after over 20 yrs. Please "Apply" and get my account corrected.  Never authorized any changes in my account.  [Edited: "Personal Information"].
