My 2-yr Contract Expired. Rep Says NO PROMO Contracts Available For My Account. What gives?
Near the end of February my 2-yr contract with promo internet rates expired and my bill increased by $36. I have been on the chat with different people for DAYS about this issue and I explained that I wanted to sign a new 2-yr contract and also upgrade my modem to XB7-T since I am paying for 800Mgbps right now but my current modem has max speed of around 150Mbps, which is WRONG.
A few days ago a rep on chat told me that a new promo window would open for my account on March 5th and that I was GUARANTEED that today, Wednesday the 6th, I would be able to negotiate and sign a new promo contract for 2 years. Sure enough, I just got off the chat where I was told there are no promos for my account and nobody knows if there ever will be any. WHAT? I am tired of spending DAYS on resolving this issue and I need help of a professional with setting up a new package on a new 2-yr promo internet rate contract. I have been a customer since 2001 and THIS is the loyalty treatment I receive? Clearly it's time to change providers.
