Multiple outages this month

We had outages during april on the 9-10, 16, 17, 18 and 29.
The service during April was horrendous and even when it was up, it was sub par.
I attempted to get a credit for the outages and was only allowed to get credit for the 9th and the 16th, and then it said that my account had reached the limit of credits.

How can I get credit for the other three dates?

I have had outages multiple times over the past week. Only some were eligible for credit. I get this message when requesting an outage credit for two days. "Your account isn't eligible for a credit at this time
Unfortunately, we couldn’t find any outages during the time frame you provided. Check the status of local outages within the status center." Please advise.
