Multiple Outages: February—June

We had multiple service outages in February, March, April, and June this year. That's 4 months of outages! During normal business hours! And I work from home. Why have I still not received outage credits for these?

There seems to be no maximum limit on the unplanned outages we experience. Please advise, thank you!

user_4e2j9y - Thank you for joining us here on the Xfinity Forums and reaching out for assistance. We appreciate the opportunity to help! The best way to stay informed with updates specific to your area, view information, and track restoration progress is through the Xfinity app or the Xfinity Status Center.

If something is reported, once service has been restored, you can also check whether your account is eligible for a service interruption credit. Simply sign in to the Status Center, scroll down to the map and credit section, and select "Check Credit Eligibility", enter your details and if eligible a credit is automatically added to your account.
