Multiple outages. Cannot claim credit.
Hello,
I have been experiencing intermittent outages for approximately two months, about 8 in total at this point. I need stable connection for work, and this is unacceptable. Above all I’d like to get this sorted.
Furthermore, when attempting to claim credit for the outages I was unable to claim more than two.
Unfortunately, as I was not provided service I am paying for, I will need those days refunded. I have logged each instance and can provide the information if necessary.
I greatly appreciate any help that can be provided, and I hope you can understand that my frustration does not extend to the employee.

Thank you for reaching out. Normally credits are applied once the service loss in the area is cleared. Once fully resolved, there is a way to request a credit online, and we will check to see if you are eligible!
