Multiple outages, but only eligible for two credits

Sorry Xfinity, an afternoon of work is worth more than $5 to me. But if you go down four times in a month, I don't need to hear that I'm not eligible for a bill credit!

Update: the automated system doesn't work for more than two outages, but they will manually review it and give you a credit if you ask by making a post on this forum and then DMing them once they get back to you. Seems inefficient from them, but it did the trick.

Hey user_0hoq95, thanks for reaching out to Xfinity Support on our forums. Interruptions can certainly cause a huge impact and I'd love to help. When you get a chance, can you send us a direct message?

To send a direct message:

Click "Sign In" if necessary

• Click the "Direct messaging" icon near the top right of the page

• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

• Press Enter to send it
