Multiple boxes charge

It shows on my bill that I'm being charged for 3 boxes when I only have 1 and a tv adapter? I am so confused. Also my next months bill is saying it's going to be $100? WHY?

@redrosev1330 Thanks for adding a post. The statement will show why there is an increase on page three. They're the best way to see or compare differences from the last billing cycle. Something was added, or a promotion expired usually. An additional box can happen when one is replaced but not returned. It will act as an additional device until its returned.

@XfinityBenny​ I haven't gotten any new boxes or have any to send any back that's why I am confused as to why I'm being charged for more than 2 right now.

@redrosev1330 It's for one that was assigned to the account with a serial number. Usually those devices are found in a hallway closet or cabinet. We can check what it's for. Send us a direct message with your full name and complete service address to “Xfinity Support”. To do so, click on the message icon located at the top right of this forums page.

Here's the detailed steps to direct message us:

• Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Message” icon (upper right corner of this page)
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send your message
