Moving: Old bill but new complex has their own wifi

Hello, I have an old xfinity bill from when there was a disconnection. I am moved to a new place where their xfinity WiFi is included in the rent but I can seem to access the WiFi without paying my old bill, is this correct? Is there something I’m missing? Thank you

I'd be happy to take a look, and assist you get up and running. Can you please send us a Direct Message with your name, the old service address, and the new service address? 
 
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Message" icon or  https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
Click the "New message" (pen and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.
As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
A "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window 
Press Enter to send it
