Moved and still being billed for my old address.
I recently moved and I am still getting bills sent to my email for my old address. First one saying that autopay was declined (for a card with the last 4 digits I don't recognize), the second one saying the bill was for $174. Tried calling support only to be told "don't worry the money isn't coming out of your account because the card is expired. So just ignore the emails". This is unacceptable. I KNOW the money isn't coming out of my account. My NAME is attached to the account. I'm worried this will affect my credit, or will end up being debt for something out of my control.
