Moved Addresses Still Getting Billed

Moved service addresses around 6/10. Still getting billed full charges by Xfinity. There's a $-225 balance on the account now. And all this after speaking to 4 representatives for over 4 hours. Absolutely ridiculous, I will probably move to a new ISP after this lease is up.

That's if they even cancel my service the next time I move.

Hello @user_egs5mf Thanks for reaching out. Sometimes with transfers there can be a delay in the full switch being completed, but everything gets backdated once it completes. We'd be happy to double-check both addresses and make sure everything is correct and fix anything that isn't. To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support: 
Click "Sign In" if necessary 
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon 
Click the "Start New Conversation" (pencil and paper) icon 
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there 
- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list 
- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line 
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window 
Press Enter to send it.
