monthly bill almost doubled without any advanced notice

time to pay monthly bill and just realized the billing is almost doubled. check the detail and find out it is due to promotion ended. totally understand how corp make money from customer and at least you guys need to give me advanced notice about the increase. by living in this national top amount COVID-19 city, we all family are heavy rely on the internet. the most REDICULOUS things is the new customer promotion pay the same amount of bill, but got 500% speed of our current speed. Xfinity, too much.

If you have television they are required by law to notify you of the increase.

The "law" you are referring to hasn't been approved by the Senate and so is not a "law".  And Comcast does notify customers of increases in services or fees via the billing statement a month or two in advance as well as the month it takes effect.
