Monthly Internet Cost Increase
I was all of a sudden hit with a $25 monthly subscription increase to my existing bill. For what reason am I being charged more than 50% more for the same service I’ve always received? I’ve already paid extra in the last two months that could’ve paid off a normal month of internet otherwise. If this isn’t an error, it doesn’t make sense for me to stay with Xfinity if it’s so expensive
