Monthly Internet Cost Increase
I was all of a sudden hit with a $25 monthly subscription increase to my existing bill. For what reason am I being charged more than 50% more for the same service I’ve always received? I’ve already paid extra in the last two months that could’ve paid off a normal month of internet otherwise. If this isn’t an error, it doesn’t make sense for me to stay with Xfinity if it’s so expensive

Hello, @user_ehqp0m how are you? The most common reason for a billing increase is a promotion expiring. Have you checked your billing statement for details and updates? There are a few ways to do this. The Xfinity app is great because it allows you to manage your account from anywhere! If you have it I recommend going to the purple "Manage Billing" icon and then select "Current Statement." From here you can see billing details, and you can even open a PDF file that will give you all the information you need about your subscription and potential discounts 👍
