Monthly Internet Bill increased by $55
We just received our internet bill, and it increased in price from $29.99 each month to $86.19 without any notice. I can't get in touch with any real people to address the change in billing. Has anyone else had huge jumps in monthly price like this? We cannot afford such a massive shift in our monthly internet cost

• Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Peer to peer chat" icon (upper right corner of this page)
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send your message.

You need to read your billing statements each month; the notice was on page 4 the month before. I know it's a hassle to read them sometimes, and most times we forget, but there is useful information there, and you would have caught this before your bill went up. 😉
