Monthly Billing Increase

Hello! My monthly plan has gone up $20 with no warning or explination, and no change to my services or plans. My plan fee increased by $3.00 back in January, again with no warning or change to service.

I would like to know why my plan has increased so much and what my options are for lowering my monthly price.

user_aerovt Thank you for reaching out! It sounds like you have had a promotion roll off causing the $20.00 increase. Also, you may have been impacted by the autopay/paperless billing discount change from $5.00 to $2.00 when using a debit or credit card at the first of the year. Our customers are notified via email or bill message 30 days prior to any increase. The messages usually appears on page 3 of the billing statement.
