Monthly bill went up

My monthly bill went up by 20 dollars most likely because the contract I had expired. I was wondering why I was not notified ahead of time of the expiration. I tried to see if I could sign up for a new contract myself for a better monthly rate, but there were no offers. Can anyone help me get a better monthly rate please? I would accept lower internet speeds if I could, but as far as I know I'm already on the lowest tier for that. If I cannot get a better rate, I may have to cancel service.

Good morning @Pasq your promotional details are included as part of your monthly Xfinity statement. We can look over your Xfinity account with you and see if there are any ways to reduce your overall monthly costs.

Please send us a DM with your full name and address to Xfinity Support.

To send a direct message:

Click "Sign In" if necessary

Click the "Direct Message" icon or  https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.

As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.

An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

Press Enter to send it
