Monthly bill went up; not sure why
Hello! I've been paying a certain every month for internet for a while now and I noticed that next month's bill went up by $29. Is there someone I can reach out to directly to discuss this? I'm guessing that maybe a promotion I was on ran out, and I'd like to see if there's a new one that I can join so I don't have to reduce the speed. Thank you!
