Monthly Bill is Huge Now. What happened?

Oh Goodness! My Bill exploded! Why is it so high now? I have been a loyal Xfinity customer for five years now. Why would I get such a huge bill when I’ve been so loyal. Please reconsider and get it back to where it was to retain and keep loyal customers. I am already looking for other avenues and there are many. Please Xfinity, bring your prices down. Thank you.

Hello user_6a5482 , I certainly understand the frustration seeing the high price. We can certainly check to see what promotions or discounts may have rolled off and see what else we can get for you. To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support: 
Click "Sign In" if necessary 
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or  https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging 
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon 
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there 
- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list 
- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line 
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window 
Press Enter to send it.
