Monthly bill increase

I am at my wits end dealing with the AI chat bot. My monthly bill was $45. This month it is $53 and I can't get an explanation why. CAN A REAL LIVE HUMAN HELP ME PLEASE

Hello, @user_glou1i I share your sentiment when my bill increases suddenly. The fastest way to check is to look at your bill statement the prior month before the increase and look for highlighted information right under the amount due box. For further explanation review page 3 which is your  billing details page and partial charges. 

 

Paperless, no problem! To view your Xfinity bills online, you can use the Xfinity app. First, download the app and sign in as the Primary user or a Manager. Then, tap the Account tab, followed by the account balance section. From there, select Statement history to view and download PDF versions of your current and past 24 billing statements. You can tap the date of the statement you wish to view or download.
