Monthly amount is higher than I signed up for

Hi, Last June I signed up for a new $70 per month internet service. However I am being billed $80 per month.

Thanks for allowing us to help with your billing concerns, user_x6yhj2. I'm glad we figured out that we were missing the AutoPay discount of $10 when signing up with your bank account. Once you sign up, the discount will apply to your next bill. That should correct the billing charge. If you need anything else, don't hesitate to create a new public submission.
