I had at billing date set up but I ended up being able to pay off over due balance before the date and yall still ended up taking the full amount and more from me and now my account has a negative balance

Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "direct messaging" icon
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
