Money taken out of my bank account without permission

My mobile phone was canceled in August but Xfinity took money out of my bank account in October but refused to refund me

If you were still enrolled in Automatic Payments, and a balance was due, that could be one reason for the withdrawal from your bank account. But we can certainly take a closer look! My mobile was cancel in August no money owed they took $47.09 out of my bank account only refunded me $6.98 I want all that’s owed to me
