Modem/wifi charges for 5 years?

I just found out I have been charged monthly for a modem/wifi (since at least 2018) that I do not have nor have I ever had. I have ALWAYS used my own modem/wifi. i and have NEVER used a comcast/infinity modem/wi-fi. I have now paid comcast/Xfinity modem rental fees for at least the past 5 years or 60 months. It may be longer than 5 years but my Comcast/Xfinity bills only accessible from 2018 to 2023. At the current rate of $15/mo x 60 months Comcast has now charged my account approximately $900 for equipment I DO NOT HAVE. Help?

•  Make sure you are signed in here in the Xfinity Forum. Click "Sign In" if necessary 
•  Click the "Direct Message" icon (square chat icon in the upper right corner of your screen next to the bell icon) 
•  Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon 
•  Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line 
•  Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window 
•  Press Enter to send it
