Modem not being delivered

I have called two times already and asked for a new modem to be shipped, but nothing ever arrives and no one is able to give me tracking information. Its been roughly two weeks and I haven't had Internet, so I'm looking for a way to get the modem shipped and being excused of paying for two weeks of Internet that I haven't had
