Mobile Unlimited promotion not applying
Hey Xfinity,
I signed up for a connect more plan in November and got on the Unlimited mobile plan during the promotion for a year of free Unlimited, but it’s not applying to my account. Both of the bills I can see for my mobile plan are charging at full price.
