Mobile Service Charge After Promised I Would Not Be Charged

I was promised on the phone I wasn’t going to be charged for a charge I got and they ended up charging me still. I was told they were going to waive the fees and credit that amount by October 15th. Then today I was charged for it even after being told I wasn’t going to which is totally ridiculous if the support would just listen to the audio of the call stating that and just credit me this wouldn’t be such a big deal. I’ll either be talking to a lawyer and filing small claims or being involved in the class action lawsuit with my provided evidence. (DO NOT use Xfinity mobile it’s one big scam they will charge you for things after promising not to)
