mobile plan

Hello.   have been a mobile customer since 2012.   In December we moved my mom to senior living.  xfinity internet and cable are now included in her rent.   she has 2 lines. One uses no data as we just have set for incoming calls that used to get her landline.   the other uses very little data.   i now have to pay. 50 dollars extra per month. for the privilege of keeping xfinity mobile.   Have tried to move one line  but due to many address errors. the request is repeatedly declined.   I would prefer not to disturb service  and keep XFinity.   but 50 is too hard on my budget.  snd also unfair.    

No one has been able to help this far.    Can anyone help!

Appreciate your reaching out to us for support on this situation. Unfortunately, the way the services are set up is if there is not an active Xfinity Internet account associated with the Xfinity Mobile service, there is that $25 fee per line for the service that applies. Unfortunately, if the service is included in the lease of the new property she would be located does not qualify to waive that fee. I can assure you that we greatly value your business as a member of the Xfinity family, and apologize for any bad experience with this situation.
