Mobile billing
Why was my payment taken out of my account for my mobile phones. Then put back in my account? And then charged a late fee or service disconnect? Then told to update my card which has been updated and charged for 6 months!!! When I have auto pay!!!!

Good afternoon user_wpah4h. Did you receive any email communication regarding issues with the latest payment? I know one time when I had a similar issue, in my case my card had expired, and I had not updated to the new expiration date. We do send out email communications when there is an issue with processing payment. Please let me know if you do need further assistance.
