Mobile billing

I am being charged $25 xm only fee on my mobile bill. I have internet through xfinity so I should not be getting charged extra.

Good evening @user_cudynp. Could you please send our team a direct message with your full name and full address? Our team can most definitely take a further look at this issue.

To send a "Direct Message" ("Private") message:

Click "Sign In" if necessary

• Click the "Direct Message chat" icon

• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

user_uxa6c7 Hello and thank you for reaching out via our Xfinity Community Forum. I’m really sorry for the confusion with your mobile bill, and I appreciate you bringing this to my attention! You’re absolutely right—if you have Xfinity internet, you shouldn’t be charged the $25 XM Only fee. I’d love to take a closer look at your account and help get this sorted out.

To get started, please send our team a Direct Message with your full name, the name listed on the account (if different), and the service address associated with your account.

To send a "Direct Message" message:

Click "Sign In" if necessary

Click the "Direct Messaging" icon at the top of the page (looks like a text bubble)

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list that appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

Press Enter to send it
