Mobile Billing Still incorrect

My account is incorrect. I rec’d and returned a broken phone. I was charged 350 for the break, and the credited 352 S a device credit. My 34.95 device credit x24 mo was removed. This is an issue of a broken device being shipped. 

please resolve. It’s still not correct. And this will be the third attempt at resolution .
