MLB Extra innings

I’m writing as a last resort that someone will help me fix this, last bill i noticed it was around $40 higher and i noticed in my statement it said MLB extra innings and i never ordered that or even watch baseball, so after calling and just going around in circles with the operator i finally talked to a live chat agent who assured me he removed the charges from my account and that he removed the MLB subscription or whatever well anyways i got an email showing my bill for the upcoming month and now its $100 extra added to my bill so i once again contacted a live agent and she also assured me that it was removed from my account and that it would be updated in 24 hours and i checked and its still the same and truthfully i think i deserved to be reimbursed, i shouldn’t have to pay $100 for a service i didn’t even know existed, if i didn’t check my statements i would’ve never known but im tired of going back and forth to get something removed that was just put there without my approval i just want this fixed

The same thing happened  to me.did not order mlb but they charged me. Been calling them everyday to remove the subscription  I don't watch baseball...

Very frustrating  situation..now they want 300.00 a month..yes I am trying  every day too resolve this issue.the girl says I will resolve  but it just never happens 

I will call tomorrow  tomorrow  tomorrow....so be careful watch  your bill...

@user_p1daew  If you wish to cancel your subscription, you may call Comcast at 1-800-Xfinity up to 30 days of when you were first charged and we will refund the monthly recurring fee paid. MLB Extra Innings cannot be canceled or pro-rated after 30 days of when you were first charged. Installment payment option not available in all areas.
