MLB Extra Innings auto renewal

Hello, I received a paper letter in the US mail informing me that MLB Extra Innings will auto renew. I do NOT want to renew it.  I cannot figure out how to cancel auto renewal. I have looked on the Xfinity website, I have spoken with the absolutely atrocious customer support, and I have looked at another thread on this forum where a person asked the same question and it was not answered. Please tell me how to cancel auto renewal of MLB Extra Innings. Every way I have attempted to do so has failed.

(I can't believe there is an Xfinity Compliments topic. Who would ever use that?)

Hello, @user_455459. I can definitely understand your frustration. Usually, there is a code on your account for auto-renewal of MLB. I would be happy to remove that for you.

Could you please send our team a direct message with your full name and full address?
To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
 - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
 - An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it
