Missing Refund - Need EXECUTIVE Help

I returned a wifi extender to the Xfinity store the very next day after I bought it. Return was done and I got a receipt. It has been an absolute nightmare after that. I never got the money back and it’s been over a month. Calling gets me nowhere as they say I have to go to the store, and the store claims they can’t do anything and I’ve seen them try and it goes absolutely nowhere. I just want my money back and don’t know where to go from here.
