Missing Promotional Credit for 3 iPhone Trade‑Ins (January 2026)

In December 2025, I traded in three iPhones under an Xfinity Mobile promotional offer. Shipment was confirmed in January, and tracking verifies delivery within days. However, the promotional credits have not been applied to my account.

Over the last seven months, I have engaged with your customer support team numerous times. Although I have been repeatedly assured that the credits would be issued, only one manual credit has ever been applied. The automatic monthly promotional credits have not been honored.

If Assurant misplaced the devices, that is an internal issue between Xfinity and its vendor. As a customer, I fulfilled all requirements of the promotion and expect Xfinity to uphold its commitment.

I have been a long‑standing and loyal customer, and I chose Xfinity Mobile over competing offers from Verizon and T‑Mobile. The handling of this matter has been extremely disappointing, and I request immediate resolution.

Hello, @user_nbb3p2 thank you for reaching out over Xfinity Forums. I completely understand how this has been a frustrating experiencing trying to get this resolved multiple times, and would hate to see you have to go with another provider. I appreciate the details you've provided so far knowing you've reached out numerous times beforehand. 

- When you were working with an agent previously, did any of them open a shipping/trade in ticket to have this investigated? (tickets typically start with the letters ECM following by numbers, please just answer yes/no and not add full ticket number into public post)
