I have auto pay on my account. It looks like July payment did not go thru

Thanks for reaching out to us, we do apologize for any inconvenience. If your payment didn't go through for any reason all you have to do is jump on the Xfinity app and go make the manual payment and go into your settings and reset up your auto pay function
