Missing new customer promotion

Hello, I did not receive the promotion $100 gift card as stated in my contract for being a new customer. Can you please help!

There are some requirements you must meet.To qualify for an Xfinity gift card, you must maintain qualifying service for at least 90 days and have an account in good standing. Once the 90 days have passed this is processed and issued. You can check the status of your Gift card here https://www.xfinityincentivetracker.com/.
