Missing discount for using bank for automatic payments

I was told when I upgraded my plan that if I change automatic payment to use my bank account instead of credit card that my bill would be reduced by $10 per month. However, my "Regular monthly charges" on the Upcoming Charges page has not changed.

Hello again DJForget! I'm glad I was able to help you get into that new internet promotion the other day, and apologize for any confusion regarding the upcoming charges you're seeing. Rest assured, with your internet services, as long as you have the proper paperless billing and automatic payments through your bank setup, that $10 discount will be present within 1-2 billing cycles as that's all that's needed to qualify 👍
