Missing Customer Discount on my bill

Hello, my Xfinity rate has gone up to $75 recently due to expired promotional rate. I have received the following email about a $30 loyalty discount but so far it hasn't show up on my bill. I tried to contact Xfinity assistant chat agent but the representative was completely unaware of this, even going as far as saying the email I received from xfinity.com is a spam :( . Looking at the forum posts, I see that many people having the same issue. Could you help with my case? Thank you

We can take a look at your account and verify if this was sent from us.
