Missing credit for iPhone trade in
So frustrated. Just was on the phone for an hour with someone who then said they can't help me, even though they said they can see my iPhone was sent in. Short version. Traded in my iPhone, sent in my old one, got an emailing confirming receipt, months have gone by, still no credits on my bill. So I call today to ask, she says I got a check for my iPhone....I didn't. Then she says she can see it was sent it and can see I should get credits, but she can't help me and I have to call someone else. How is this possible that the customer service line can't help with something so basic. Then just as she was about to give me the "proper" number, she puts me on hold and now I'm back in the queue to talk to a representative. I feel like Xfinity stole my iPhone as they haven't even started to pay me for it.
