Missing ACP credit

​I applied and was approved for the ACP credit two billing cycles ago. I chatted with someone named Vishal via your app two weeks ago and he assured me that he could see the credit and it would be on my new bill. It is not. Now your site won’t let me chat with anyone saying the chat is too busy. Can I get some help please? ​

Thank you for reaching out. You can always get a break-down of charges by looking at your billing statement. On the account overview page on the website, you would click View Billing. You can also use the free MyAccount app. If you go onto the MyAccount app and click on your bill date. Select bill details and history. Then it will take you to sign in. From there select view bill history again to view your bill statement in PDF. Be aware that the ACP benefit is a savings up to $30 a month that only applies towards Xfinity Mobile, internet and internet data costs and not toward cable, home phone (Voice) or home security. The best course of action would be to contact our Internet Essentials team though the link: https://www.internetessentials.com/ or 1-855-846-8376 to speak to them about your account.
