Misleading and un true information

I signed up for xfinity internet supposed p come with xpro and 2 wifi extender I never received my wifi extender and they are charging 15 dollars for x pro that's included in my plan I have a screen shot of where it says it's included your representative refuse to mail them free refuse to not charge me for them I have filed complaints with fcc bbb financial consumer protection and michigan attorney general office I also have it recorded whee multiple reps and supervisors refusing and hanging up on me I have didn't over 4 hrs on the phone this morning

Can you tell us when you signed up for service and whether the XPro and WiFi extender offer was shown online, in an email, or discussed with a representative? If you still have the screenshot showing the offer, that would be helpful as well. Also, are you currently seeing a $15 monthly XPro charge on your bill, and have you received any XPro equipment or extenders at all?
