Misinformation

Spoke with Crystal @ Xfinity on 11-08-24. Talked to agent Crystal about Bill being $222.28! Asked to place the $53.05 on a payment arrangement, but not paying $169.23! When I originally called & chatted 💬 on 10-09-24 I wanted to place $65.73 on a payment arrangement as I originally explained to agent I was recently diagnosed with a Disability not able to work and got a little behind because of that change in my life! So, now I’m having to place my payments on arrangements until get caught up and when I call in my, to do so, I’m always credited for $10 dollar late payment fee & $10 dollar for the auto draft a total of $20 or sometimes $23 because that originally was taken off due to the recent change in my life and me having to always place on payment arrangements! but, my plan was changed because agent said my current plan the (Legacy Plan) was an old plan and was phasing out and needed to change to a New Plan! I also was told by Crystal on 11-08-24 that agent I spoke with and the agent I chatted with on 10-09-24 gave me wrong information and that the Manager she was transferring me to was upset the agent (s) gave me wrong information! Yes, the Legacy plan is phasing out, but whoever was Grandfathered in could stay on the plan, it’s just that New Customers can’t be enrolled in the Legacy Plan! I told the agent (s) on 10-09-24 don’t change my plan if not going to be the same price as The Legacy plan, I’m on a fixed income with a Disability, I get paid once a month! Agent (s) never said or spoke about any extra charges or any type of (maybe) proration! Agent just said no more than $70 a month but, will get extra credit to account when place on Auto Draft $10!  Chrystal then stated she will transfer me to Manager P.J. as I requested to speak with an OPs Manager that would be there on the floor! Chrystal supposedly transferred me to Manager P.J. I was on the call on hold with Xfinity for Two Hours and Three Minutes total. I waited for so called Manager P.J. for  an extra 45 minutes in silence! As I explained to Chrystal on 11-08-24 I will pay the $53.05 and place on payment arrangements because originally, that is what I wanted to do when I called on 10-09-24 but, now you have the additional bill that has come out and all these extra charges which total to $222.28! Now, I’m needing this to be resolved and that is why I’m would like to speak with Corporate!
