Mis leading customer service representative
I have moved to new address in GA , my internet was not working. After so many calls to xfinity tech it was not working on all coaxial ports in home. Xfinity customer representative Mr. Steve suggested get tech at your home to fix the issues. Tech came home don't know what he done down stairs and issues got fixed for name same he re-cabled coaxial cable connected in my room and charged 100 $ for visit. Mr. Steve suggested before assigning tech xfinity will refund 100$ to my account but no calls from any one and $ 100 charges reflecting in my account. Need urgent $ 100 refund to my account asap
