Military Status

Hello

military.xfinity.com, the Get Started button, has been down for a week. Is there a way to verify my status without using the website?

I've tried using my phones browser, the desktop browser with chrome and edge, both with and without incognito mode.

The website the Get Started button leads to blackhawkrebates.com and this is the error code on all devices used:

Requested host does not match any Subject Alternative Names (SANs) on TLS certificate [2a2c285a10339020a9559d03438c4aacb646552e99ccee46a3910a6ddc2cc9d6] in use with this connection.Visit https://www.fastly.com/documentation/guides/concepts/errors/#routing-errors for more information.


I've also checked this website on IsItDownRightNow.com and it has been inactive for a week.

EDIT: This website is down for every location a ping is available for. This isn't just me:

Thanks for meeting us here in our community, @user_zbtkbn. Sorry for the trouble with the website. Have you tried deleting cache and cookies? I've tried it in Chrome just now, and it's working for me.

Yes. I've tried all of them. I can login, but then the error page hits. The button, after login, redirects to a dead site: https://www.blackhawkrebates.com/
There is more to the link, but the whole website dosent exist.

@user_zbtkbn After this page: https://military.xfinity.com/home#/welcome it goes to the Xfinity Login page. Do you get redirected here or after the login page?
