Military Move, being charged for Storm Ready Wifi system

Hello, I recently moved due to a military pcs and Xfinity is attempting to charge me for the storm ready wifi system. I believe I should be waved from these fees due to the nature of my cancelation being related to my military service. I was told I was not able to return the storm system and now they're trying to slap me with a $200+ fee for the system. Is anyone able to assist or provide guidance?

user_3bovso Thank you for your service and for stopping in for help with your storm-ready device billing. The storm-ready WIFI device only has a 30-day period to be returned for any reason, since these are devices you own and are not rented or leased like our Xfi gateways or other equipment. Outside of that 30-day time frame, there would be no way to process a return for the device to receive money back. Since this is yours to own, you can resell the equipment to another Xfinity customer if needed to recover some of the cost.
