Military monthly credit
I applied for the active duty military benefits through Xfinity Mobile website. After successfully verified my identity, the following mobile billing statement showed that $40 military credit for 2 years. However, all the bills after that month never reflected the $40 credit. I had to call customer service every month since February. Some representatives manually applied the credit to the account, but some don’t know how to do it. I had to call several times each month to receive credit. So far 5 trouble tickets were opened but the issue is still unresolved even when they said the ticket was successfully complete. I’m really disappointed and frustrated by now. Seems like their mobile service agents and customer service are unprofessional and lack of knowledge.

Send us a direct message with your full name and the service address the mobile is attached to, and we can get this escalated to our Xfinity Mobile Escalations team to make sure the discount is applied permanently for the remainder of the 2 years, so you don't have to keep calling.
