Military Discount

Good Afternoon,

I am currently switching from FIOS to Xfinity and noticed the offers for military incentives in comparison to FIOS customers are a little lackluster. Why doesn't Xfinity offer a monthly $ amount discount similar to how FIOS does? I'll never use the free mobile line or the TV NOW regardless of how "great" the customer service associates make it seem. I get that some of the military customers may take advantage of this but I guarantee most will not use it.

I'm sorry you feel that way,  that information I gave you gives you the information on the benefits for military customers on what Xfinity provides.

 

We provide competitive pricing for all our customers, there's no actual discount we give you off your residential or mobile services for being military,  therefore the link I provided above is where the military customers can get their benefits from.
