military discount

I signed up for military discount. Received it on my bill in November, but haven't received it since then.  I've emailed the local office at least 8x in the interim trying to get an answer, but no one responds to my email or it "has been escalated to my manager".  When I follow up now:  crickets.  Help

Active duty/active service, retired and veteran military service members from all branches are eligible to receive the offers. To receive the offer(s), you must first verify your military service at xfinity.com/military with your Comcast account number, a valid email address, and (if you are not instantly verified) an acceptable form of ID.
