However, the May billing statements may not be ready quite yet and will post to your account on the bill date for your account. To find the bill date, just reference any of your billing statements and look for the bill date field.
We completely understand how alarming it is to get an unpaid bill notice, especially when you know you just made a payment @user_b80eif! It is very likely that this notice was triggered because of when your monthly statement prints in relation to when your payment was received.
You can always review your billing statements by the steps mentioned above.

To view your statement history, go to customer.xfinity.com/billing/services/statement/history.
You may need to log in to your account.
Click on any statement to trigger a PDF download.
