match competition to avoid canceling?

I have been an Xfinity customer since 2002.  I love my internet service.  But I am currently paying $80 per month for 300 mbps internet service.  Gateway Fiber just offered me Fiber 600 mbps internet for $75 per month. Like I said, I am very happy with Xfinity and do not want to switch.  But I am currently paying more for half the mbps.  Will Xfinity offer me a competitive deal?  And if so how can I get in touch with someone via email or chat?
